Employer branding strategy for young talent in BBVA
BBVA adapted its processes to modern banking, it was a logical move to change its young talent employer strategy too.
The strategy of BBVA was to create open spaces and liquid structures in which communication and interdepartamental flow and commands were deluded. BBVA achieved a new philosophy of work and business completely adapted to the current financial market needs.
The application of this young talent philosophy needed a name and a communication strategy.
What is Liquid System?
A liquid system because it allows a constant flow of contents, skills and initiatives created from the values of BBVA.
Liquid System is the BBVA corporate cultural methodology oriented to the competencial development of their members through:

Liquid System is developed in three different dimensions.
Directed to graduate students, this training program is based in the cooperation-competition learning and it allows to develop and identify these profiles who are meant to change the bank world. Liquid Draft is a unique program such as for its format as for its different training content.
A PHD by the Universidad de Alcalá for recent graduates who are looking for learning the digital bank keys and developing professional skills in an innovative environment. Liquid Junior is the first contact with the innovation and technology world applied to the bank after finishing the studies. It is an opportunity to develop the potential of the student at BBVA.
